GreenPointe Holdings announces the appointment of Maryann Farhat as General Counsel.
Farhat will lead the company’s legal oversight and provide strategic counsel across its real estate development operations.
With nearly a decade of legal experience, Farhat brings to GreenPointe a wealth of knowledge in real estate law, contract negotiation and disputes, property disputes, construction defects, and title insurance claims. Her strategic insight and proven capabilities will play a vital role in advancing GreenPointe’s development initiatives.
Farhat received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law after earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida.
