Here are the top 10 commercial real estate sales in Northeast Florida, comprising Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties. The sales were recorded Sept. 15-21, 2025.

Miami-based Somerset Academy, a nonprofit charter school operator, bought the Somerset Academy Eagle Campus property in North Jacksonville on Sept. 16 for $15 million. The campus is on two parcels totaling 19.43 acres at 2100 Dunn Ave. Somerset bought it through Somerset Academy Foundation Inc. Somerset owns 75 schools with more than 42,000 students and 2,000 teachers.
