Mark Froio takes executive position with Jacksonville-based TreeServe LLC

As chief revenue officer, he will help guide a company operating four tree care service providers across several states.

Mark Froio has joined TreeServe LLC of Jacksonville as its chief revenue officer.

In an April 7 news release, the tree care services company said Froio most recently served as president of HomeX Services Group, a Rhode Island-based HVAC, plumbing and electrical company. He previously held leadership roles with pest control companies Terminix International and Anticimex. 

“Mark brings thoughtful, high‑impact leadership and a proven track record of driving meaningful growth across large service organizations,” said Cheri Michaels, CEO of TreeServe, in the release. “His experience will play a vital role in strengthening TreeServe’s revenue strategy and guiding the Company through its next phase of expansion.”

Froio said he was eager to “contribute to scaling the business and delivering meaningful value to our customers.” 

TreeServe was created in 2025 with backing from Soundcore Capital Partners, a New York-based equity firm that has completed 113 acquisitions focusing on business and outsourced services, industrial services, specialty manufacturing and value-added distribution sectors, according to the release.

TreeServe operates four tree care service providers specializing in tree trimming and pruning, tree and stump removal, plant and shrub care, and emergency and storm services. The company’s markets are in the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest, according to the release.
