The city issued a permit April 9 for a $7.39 million project to build-out the Delta Sky Club in Jacksonville International Airport’s new Concourse B.
NSC Construction Co. LLC of Atlanta is identified as the contractor to build-out the 9,934-square-foot interior space for the membership club in the airport at 2400 Yankee Clipper Drive in North Jacksonville.
Plans call for the club, now on Concourse A next to Chili’s Grill & Bar, to move to Concourse B and be built-out primarily on the mezzanine with a small entry area on the boarding level.

Space will include the lounge, a cafe, a bar and restrooms.
Ware Malcomb of Atlanta is the architect. RS&H of Jacksonville is the mechanical, engineering and plumbing engineer.
Construction on the three-level Concourse B, a $344 million project, began in July 2024 and is scheduled for completion by December 2026.
JAA CEO Mark VanLoh said during a Feb. 27 tour that the Delta Sky Club spanning 9,500 square feet and a Club Jax lounge at 5,500 square feet are being built on a mezzanine level that will overlook the food hall in Concourse B.
Airport website FlyJacksonville.com links to the Delta Sky Club, which says it has more than 50 locations. The site says the club offers “complimentary cocktails, fresh and healthy food options, free high-speed Wi-Fi and more.”

It says annual memberships and renewals to Delta Sky Club are available to Medallion Members of the Delta SkyMiles program.
Customers who are not Medallion Members may access Delta Sky Club with another qualifying credential, such as the Delta SkyMiles Reserve or Reserve Business American Express Card, or when flying on a same-day Delta One itinerary.
It explains two membership options.
Executive membership includes unlimited club access for the member and up to two guests, or a spouse/domestic partner and children under 21, per visit.
The one-year rate is $1,495 or 149,500 miles.

Individual membership allows members to bring up to two guests, or a spouse/domestic partner and children under 21, for an additional fee per guest per visit. The site shows that to be $50.
The one-year rate is $695 or 69,500 miles.
