Ross Vickers is elevated to principal in the Jackson Lewis law firm’s Jacksonville office.
Vickers focuses his practice on advice and counseling to employers in workplace law matters and defends them in government actions and in litigation.
He defends employers from claims of interference, discrimination, harassment and retaliation brought against them under federal and state employment laws including the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Rehabilitation Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act and the Florida Whistleblower Act.
