Hardee’s Restaurants LLC of Franklin, Tennessee, owns the structure, shown in property records as 3,642 square feet, built in 1992.

The building was remodeled after the fast-food restaurant sustained fire damage from a roof replacement during what the permit says was in summer 2024.

ActionNewsJax.com reported April 27, 2024, that fire broke out early that morning, without injuries.

A year after being damaged by fire, the closed Hardee’s at 9111 Merrill Road is planned for repairs. This is the restaurant in August 2024.
