The Solidcore fitness studio opened Feb. 21 in One Riverside in the Brooklyn area of the Downtown Northbank.
The studio is at 1 Riverside Ave., Suite 2005, in a three-tenant retail building.
Solidcore say it offers 50-minute high-intensity, low-impact, strength-training workouts on custom-built reformer machines.
Classes start at 5 a.m. and run until 8 p.m., according to the Solidcore website.
The city issued a permit in August for Metrico Building Group LLC of Miami to build-out 2,104 square feet of space in Building 2000 at a project cost of $300,000.

DXU Architects of Chicago is an architect on the project.
Atlanta-based Fuqua Development is developing the retail building along with the nearby Whole Foods Market. They sit adjacent to apartments developed by TriBridge Residential.
Arlington, Virginia-based Solidcore has 12 studios in Florida and has locations in 27 states and Washington, D.C.
Demma Aesthetics and The Salty doughnut shop also are planned for the building.
One Riverside was built on the former campus of The Florida Times-Union newspaper.
