Ellianos Coffee, the Lake City-based and founded drive-thru kiosk chain, could be up to 17 locations in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties.
Jacksonville power provider JEA issued a service availability letter Nov. 21 for an 850-square-foot drive-thru shop on 0.72 acres at 8700 Beach Blvd., west of Southside Boulevard.
The JEA letter says an auto window-tinting shop previously operated at the site and was demolished.
The location is at southwest Beach Boulevard and Killarney Drive, on a site west of the Walmart Supercenter and across Beach from Gates of the Promenade, which is a shopping center anchored by Rowe’s IGA Supermarkets.

The letter was sent to JBrown Professional Group Inc., which operates as JBPro, of Gainesville.
The Duval County Property Appraiser shows the vacant site is owned by A to Z Nail Supply of Jax LLC.
Ellianos.com shows 10 shops operating in Northeast Florida in Duval, where there are six; Clay, with two; and one each in Nassau and St. Johns counties.
The site shows one coming soon in Duval at Atlantic Boulevard and Girvin Road.
Regulatory filings and permitting records show three more are possible in Duval County and one each in Clay and St. Johns counties along with one returning to Baker County.
The Ellianos menu includes hot and iced coffee beverages, freezers, smoothies, shakes, refreshers, tea, energy drinks and other beverages.

Food items vary by location and include breakfast bowls, sandwiches, bagels, pastries, lunch sandwiches with chips, and snacks.
Daily hours vary, opening from 6-8 a.m. and closing from 6-9 p.m.
Ellianos, which franchises, has locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.
The Ellianos.com site shows 67 locations comprising 33 in Florida, 22 in Georgia, two in Alabama and one in North Carolina.
EllianosFranchising.com shows locations coming soon in those states as well as in Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
