Scott Brannock is the 2026 Northeast Florida Builders Association president.
“Serving as NEFBA President requires a tremendous commitment of time and leadership,” NEFBA Executive Officer Jessie Spradley said in a Jan. 28 news release following a Jan. 22 installation event for Brannock.
“Our outgoing leadership helped position the Association for continued growth and impact, and I am confident that Scott Brannock will build on that momentum and lead NEFBA with vision and integrity in 2026.”
Brannock is president at Tidewater Homes. He succeeds 2025 NEFBA President Seth Kelley, vice president of purchasing at MasterCraft Builder Group.
“It is an incredible honor to serve as President of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. As we enter this next chapter, my focus is on honoring the leaders who built this Association while preparing NEFBA for the future,” Brannock said in the release.
“Through education, advocacy, networking, and giving back, we will continue to elevate our industry, invest in the next generation of builders and trades, and strengthen the communities we serve. NEFBA is not just the largest builders Association in Florida, we are a national leader, and together, we will continue to set the standard.”
The installation occurred during a dinner and awards event at the San Jose Country Club.

• Associate of the Year: Construction Specialties of North Florida.
