Jacksonville-based Consulting Solutions announced Jan. 29 that it named Billy Milam as the company’s CEO.
Consulting Solutions offers technology workforce and consulting services. It says its key practice areas include advanced analytics and data science, application development, cybersecurity and more.
It is part of White Wolf Capital Group, a private equity investment firm in Miami.
Milam was the CEO of EmployBridge for nearly four years. Before that, he spent more than two decades with RaceTrac, serving as president and holding multiple senior leadership roles.

Consulting Solutions is based in Lakeside Plaza office park in Baymeadows.
