Global engineering and construction company Haskell named John-Paul Saenz as president as part of a series of promotions and appointments in its leadership team.
Saenz, previously executive vice president and chief operating officer, succeeds Jim O’Leary as president. O’Leary will continue as Haskell’s chairman and CEO.

“This is a proud and energizing moment in Haskell’s history, and it is an honor to have JP in this role and as a partner,” O’Leary said in a Jan. 30 news release. “We move forward with confidence, purpose and optimism, united by a bold vision for the next decade and an unwavering commitment to putting people first.”
The Jacksonville-based company said O’Leary will remain focused on Haskell’s new vision, strategic direction and workplace culture as it enters its seventh decade.
