The Amelia Marketplace in Fernandina Beach sold Feb. 17 for almost $5.68 million, according to a news release.
Jax Business Solutions LLC sold the property through Ganesh Amelia Plaza LLC. The seller was represented by Daniel Burkhardt, Austin Kay and Alex Caliel of NAI Hallmark in Jacksonville.
Duvalla Investments LLC of Maitland bought the property through Amelia Marketplace LLC.
The 27,909-square-foot shopping center was built on 3.72 acres at 474331 Florida Road 200 E. in Nassau County.
Tenants include Anytime Fitness, Purple Dove Resale Center, Trulieve, Dick’s Wings & Grill and Ellianos Coffee.
“Nassau County continues to experience strong demand and limited retail inventory, especially along the SR-200 corridor,” Burkhardt said in the release.
“Strong demographic trends and continued commercial investment are positioning the corridor for long-term stability and growth, and Amelia Marketplace is well positioned to benefit from that momentum.”
It was last sold in April 2019 for $4.16 million.
