One practices in Northeast Florida.

Casey was convicted of resisting an officer with violence, a third-degree felony; of trespass, a first-degree misdemeanor; and of disorderly intoxication, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Jan. 17, 2025, Casey was sentenced on the resisting with violence charge to 18 months’ probation under the supervision of the Department of Corrections. Adjudication was withheld as to the other two charges with unsupervised probation for a period of one day.

Casey also is required to pay $2,376.69 in administrative cost, court reporters fees and investigation cost.
