  • St. Paul’s Church & School, 2609 Park St., contractor is Legacy Construction Services Group Inc., 400 square feet, install shade structure, $32,499.

Industrial

  • Urban Technologies, 11840 Beach Blvd., No. 1, contractor is The Angelo Group Inc., 12,200 square feet, office renovation, $69,147.

Schools, Library, Other Educational

  • The Bolles School, 7400 San Jose Blvd., contractor is Mako Development Group LLC, 3,487 square feet, Uible Hall renovation and second floor addition, $4.23 million.
