After years of renovation, restaurant opens Thursday.
Jacques Klempf, owner of the Cowford Chophouse, took members of the media on a tour of the Downtown restaurant Friday.
After years of renovation, the restaurant in the former Bostwick Building at 109 E. Bay St. opens Thursday. It features two dining levels and a rooftop bar.
The menu will feature steak, seafood and made-from-scratch sides. The menu will be updated regularly to highlight seasonal ingredients and new recipes.
Cowford Chophouse is part of Forking Amazing Restaurants, owner of Bistro Aix and Il Desco.
