Retired JEA Chief Public Affairs Officer Teala Milton Johnson arrived at the San Jose Country Club Friday night thinking she was attending an event that would include State Sen. John Thrasher.Instead, she was surprised by about 60 people celebrating her retirement at the end of January, marking what some said was her third try at it.
