• Attorney General Pam Bondi reappointed Nancy Peek McGowan to the Florida Commission on the Status of Women. McGowan began a career in politics in the U.S. Senate as a legislative intern while attending the University of Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science in 1982. She is a community volunteer and a member of the executive board of the Justice Coalition.
