Allied Universal seeking Jacksonville workers

Security and facilities company Allied Universal says it wants to hire more than 150 security professionals in Jacksonville.

 The company is holding an open house hiring event 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 21 at the company’s branch office at 4190 Belford Road, Suite 150.

“We are recruiting for all shifts for all levels of experience,” said Allied Universal Senior Regional Recruiter Brandy Frandsen in a news release.

“Our clients, and the public at large, rely on us to keep our communities and businesses safe and secure especially during these challenging times,” said Steve Jones, chairman and CEO of Allied Universal.

The company said benefits for full-time positions include medical and dental coverage, life insurance, a 401(k), holidays and more.
