Contract occupancy, for example used by the airline industry for its crews, rose 8.5%.

In March, occupancy fell in all areas of Duval except Arlington, where it rose 2.8%. Downtown declined the most at 13.6%

Year-to-date, the overall Duval occupancy rate is 71.4%, down 5.1% from a year ago.
