Betty Flinchum and Doug Milne were recognized for international achievements this month at the third annual International Trade Awards banquet Thursday night at the Adam’s Mark Hotel. The event was sponsor the Chamber of Commerce.
Flinchum, a senior advisor of International Programs at the University of North Florida, received the International Development Lifetime Achievement Award and Milne, an attorney and food broker, was given the International Individual of the Year award.
