  • CubeSmart, 8552 Baymeadows Road, contractor is Shamrock Building Systems Inc., 37,950 square feet, new building, $1.6 million.
  • Voss Inc., 4526 St. Augustine Road, contractor is MKC of the Treasure Coast Inc., 2,400 square feet, new storage building, $50,000.

  • City of Jacksonville, 1000 Water St., contractor is Warden Contracting Corp., parking lot improvements at the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center, $69,725.
  • Sadhana Beauty Salon Inc., 510 Airport Center Drive, contractor is Ccmi Corp., 1,365 square feet, tenant build-out, $16,380.
