Colonial Manor Lake Park in San Marco, known by most residents as the “Duck Pond” is currently off limits. Construction crews have closed the surrounding sidewalk and have blocked off areas of the park with orange mesh barricades. Christine Sasser, assistant to City Council member and mayoral candidate Matt Carlucci, said one of the bulkheads, which collapsed some time ago, is being repaired.
