Edgewood Avenue Shopping Center, former bank branch sold

NAI Hallmark announces the sale of two commercial properties totaling $3.3 million.

NAI Hallmark announced the sale July 6 of two commercial properties.

Tom Garvin, though Buffalo Land Company LLC, sold the Edgewood Avenue Shopping Center at 3118 Edgewood Ave. W. for $2.15 million. The buyer was Edgewood Grande LLC of Riviera Beach.

NAI Hallmark Vice President Austin Kay and Senior Associate Eric Yi represented the seller.

The property last sold in 2009 for $1.175 million.

The center comprises a 61,085-square-foot retail building on 6.25 acres of land at Edgewood Avenue and Vernon Road. 

A Save A Lot grocery that anchored the shopping center closed in 2020.

NAI Hallmark also brokered the sale of a former CenterState Bank branch at 2922 Corinthian Ave. for $1.15 million.

The 4,898-square-foot building is at Corinthian and Oxford avenues in Ortega.

The buyer is Luke Leonaitis and the seller is CenterState Bank of Florida.

NAI Hallmark Senior Vice President Daniel Burkhardt represented the seller.
