Intuition LLC, a business services company, will relocate to Innovation Park in Jacksonville’s Southside, Colliers International Northeast Florida announced Friday in a news release.
Intuition executed the lease March 12 on the 36,299 square feet of space at 6735 Southpoint Drive S.
Intuition’s website says its Jacksonville office is in Baywood Center at 9428 Baymeadows Road, Suite 500. Calls to the company were not returned.
The news release said Intuition will relocate about 175 employees in the fourth quarter.
Innovation Park is owned by SUS Holdings LLC. The company is completing about $2 million in improvements to the office park, the release said. Innovation Park was formerly called SouthPoint office complex.
Chuck Diebel, Wade Powers, Matt Entriken and Bob Selton of Colliers International Northeast Florida represented the landlord in the transaction. Scott Henley of Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group represented the tenant.
Colliers said the lease will increase the occupancy rate at Innovation Park to 70 percent from 57 percent.
“Since CSX vacated its lease at the property last year, the office complex has undergone a transformation,” Diebel said. “The amenities and upgrades were designed to attract best-in-class, technology-focused companies like Intuition.”
On its website, Intuition lists its businesses as Bill2Pay Total Payment Solutions, Intuition College Saving Solutions, Veritec Solutions and Intuition Able Solutions.
The company has offices in Clearwater, Tallahassee and Tempe, Arizona.
