Justina Road Apartments sell for $4.25 million

The 58-year-old property is less than a mile from JU.

The Justina Road Apartments sold Jan. 19 for $4.25 million.

Justina Rd Apartments LLC of Cypress, Texas, sold the apartments at 3273 Justina Road and 5824 Justina Court in Arlington to St Justina LLC of Miami.

The apartments were built in 1964 on 1.185 acres.

In June 2019, Justina CT APT LLC sold the 3273 Justina Road apartments to Justina Rd Apartments LLC for $995,000. 

At the same time, Justina Apartments LLC sold 5824 Justina Court to Justina Rd Apartments LLC for $2.016 million.

The apartments feature updated kitchens with a community courtyard, playground, on-site parking and 24-hour maintenance. 

The apartments are less than a mile from Jacksonville University.
