West Palm Beach-based Myers Auto Group LLC, through 6670 Blanding LLC, paid more than $3.15 million April 2 for 6.09 acres at northwest Blanding Boulevard and Morse Avenue in West Jacksonville.

The Myers Auto Group paid $1.18 million to James A. March for 1.27 acres at 6720 and 6728 Blanding Blvd.; $674,050 to GMIV Inc. for 0.68 acres at 6712 Blanding Blvd.; $450,000 to Susan G. Hester for 0.34 acres at 6678 Blanding Blvd.; and $850,000 to Robert Kurt Russell for about 3.8 acres at 6648 and 6670 Blanding Blvd and Morse Avenue.

Myers Auto Group, led by Stephen E. Myers Sr. and Stephen E. Myers Jr., own and operate a dealership at 915 S. Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach selling Aston Martin, Jaguar and McLaren brands. The group also sells Land Rover and Kia at other locations.

Myers Auto Group representatives did not respond to a call for comment April 3.

James A. March has a mailing address at March Motors at 8505 Atlantic Blvd. Jason March, manager of March Motors and James March’s son, said his group did not know the buyer. The transaction occurred through an attorney in West Palm Beach.

Sterling Auto Sales of FL Inc. operates an auto sales and rental business at 6728 Blanding Blvd. and Susan Hester operates the Wesconnett Stylist salon at 6678 Blanding Blvd. Neither business responded April 3 to a call for comment.

Plans show a dealership building of 24,615 square feet is proposed near Blanding Boulevard and Morse Avenue, entrances to both roads, inventory parking north of the building and stormwater retention to the north.

The St. Johns River Water Management District approved an environmental resource permit in December for the project and the city Development Services Department approved reviews in February for site development.
