The Commercial Alliance of Realtors®, a new division of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors®, has elected its 2002 officers.

Robert Brathune of Atlantic Commercial Properties was elected president, Kate Clifford of Coldwell Banker Nicholson-Williams Realty was elected president-elect, James Cranford of Silverfield Commercial Realty was elected treasurer and Hobart Joost of Colliers Dickinson was elected secretary.

Directors will be Nancy O’Byrne of Capital Partners, Jim Citrano of CB Richard Ellis, Charles Diebel of Koger Real Estate Services, Wayne Sanderson of Easton, Sanderson and Company, Tim Overman of Watson Realty Corp, Neil O’Donnell of MarketMasters of the Southeast and Warren Tyre of Commercial Florida Realty.

The Commercial Alliance of Realtors® is composed of REALTORS® and affiliates who specialize in commercial real estate transactions and services. It was formed to give those in the commercial field a separate voice in NEFAR affairs, and will operate as a separate entity.
