The city is reviewing plans for Paycor Inc.’s proposed space in Innovation Park in South Jacksonville.
A permit application shows a $962,030 tenant improvement of 33,786 square feet of space on the second floor at 6735 Southpoint Drive S.
The nationwide payroll and human resources company opened its Jacksonville office 20 years ago and intends to hire up to 130 people as it expands in Southside.
Spokeswoman Katy Bunn said in December that Paycor employs 90 people at its 11,000-square-foot office in Greystone Business Park at 10550 Deerwood Park Blvd., No. 306, where it has operated since opening in Jacksonville.
Bunn said the company will expand by April into an additional almost 34,000 square feet in Innovation Park.
“We will be undergoing a complete space renovation including new furniture, fixtures and equipment,” Bunn said. She said the expansion makes room for an additional 130 employees.
Paycor will hire for client service-based positions.
