Pointe Sienna Apartment Homes in San Jose sell for $45 million

The 260 apartments built in 1974 sold for $173,076 per unit.

The Pointe Sienna Apartment Homes at 7200 Powers Ave. sold Sept. 1 for $45 million.

Through Pointe Sienna (M-O) Owner LLC, Morgan Properties of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, sold the property to Bridge Investment Group of Sandy, Utah. 

Bridge Investment bought the property through Bridge WF II FL Pointe Sienna LLC.

Morgan Properties purchased the property in February 2021 for $19.37 million from Regus  of New York City.

Pointe Sienna is between Samuel W. Wolfson High School and Kings Trail Elementary School in the San Jose area.

The apartments, built in 1974, sit on 15 acres and comprise 260 units. The per-unit price is $173,076.

The studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments range from 500 to 1,137 square feet. Rent information was not available.

Amenities include two junior Olympic-sized pools, a dog park, picnic area, volleyball court, business center and on-site maintenance and management, according to apartments.com.

Its taxable value is $18.43 million.
