Ponte Vedra Beach house sells for $8.6 million

The oceanfront home sold for $2.1 million more than six months before.

A Ponte Vedra Beach oceanfront house at 405 Ponte Vedra  Blvd. sold Oct. 20 for $8.6 million.

Nickolas Stam and Alixe Stamatogiannakis of Jacksonville Beach sold the property to John and Meghan Starling of Ponte Vedra Beach.

The 2,646-square-foot house was built in 1937 on 0.31 acres. It has four bedrooms and 3½ baths, a covered patio and a decked seating area near the dunes. It has a two-car garage, according to realtor.com.

Stam and Stamatogiannakis bought the house in April 2022 from Susan and William Hudson for $6.5 million.

It has an assessed tax value is $2,607,055.
