Jacksonville ranks No. 6 in the list of the Top 10 Best Cities for Fixer-Uppers, according to StorageCafe.

The city ranks behind Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Detroit, Memphis and Baltimore with the listing price for a house in need of repairs at $199,900, which is 43.8% below market price.

One in 10 houses on the market in Jacksonville qualifies as a fixer-upper. By comparison, in Tampa only 1% of its listings are in need of substantial repairs.
