Atlantic Beach Country Club hosted an afternoon affair exclusively for Realtors to introduce their two new models from Riverside Homes and Toll Brothers.
On the green and near the blue accurately describes this combination of location and amenities.
Atlantic Beach Country Club is offering 178 new homes wrapped around an 18-hole, 6,815-yard golf course, designed by Erik Larsen and recently named one of the nation’s Best New Courses by Golf Digest Magazine.
The new community is approximately four blocks from the ocean.
There to greet Realtors was developer Atlantic Beach Partners LLC, which includes Susie Wood, Rick Wood, Leed Silverfield, Gary Silverfield and Billy Howell.
Also there was Lee Elmore, Linda Sherrer and Christy Budnick of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network, which partnered with the developers to sell 58 of the 178 original homesites.
The other 120 home sites have been contracted to the community’s two preferred builders, Toll Brothers and Riverside Homes. The two builders both won top awards in the 2015 Parade of Homes for their models.
