JEA issued a service availability letter for PetSuites Jacksonville, a 10,000-square-foot pet-boarding facility at 7403 Argyle Forest Blvd.

Louisville, Kentucky-based PetSuites has more than 30 facilities, including two in Florida in Bradenton and Winter Springs.

They offer boarding, grooming, day care and puppy preschool.

Five Below to River City Marketplace

The city issued a permit for the $496,731 tenant build-out of 10,090 square feet of space for Five Below at 13141 City Station Drive, No. 101, at River City Marketplace. 

AutoZone to Dunn Avenue

JEA issued a service availability letter for a 7,381-square-foot AutoZone store at 6765 Dunn Ave.
