The St. Johns River Water Management District issued a stormwater management permit June 16 for the proposed East San Marco shopping center to be anchored by Publix Super Markets Inc. on 3.25 acres at Atlantic Boulevard and Hendricks Avenue.

Developer Regency Centers Corp. spokesman Eric Davidson said he had no update on the project.

“This is all part of getting the site work permits as we continue to progress on the future of the property,” he said.

CVS in Arlington

The city issued a permit for Mirabelli Corp. of America to renovate the CVS Pharmacy at 3634 Rogero Road in Arlington at a cost of $173,737.

At least five area CVS Pharmacy stores are in line for almost $1.4 million in upgrades.

In addition to wall and floor finishes and millwork, work includes adding self-checkout units.
