Promenade Park Holdings LLC of St. Johns County sold the apartments at 606 Park Ave. to Riverside at Orange Park Apts. LP of Fort Lauderdale.
The apartments on the 4.419-acre property were built in 1974. The per-unit sales price is $165,000.
The apartments feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units from 700 to 1,375 square feet. Rents are $1,250 to $1,799 according to apartments.com. The one- and two-bedroom apartments have been renovated.
The community includes a pool. Units come with a washer/dryer hookup, ceiling fans, hardwood and tile floors and balconies and patios. The apartments are smoke-free. Pets are allowed.
The current taxable value is $8.62 million.
Promenade Park Holdings LLC purchased the property at 606 Park Ave. in February 2020 from QPG Park Ave Apartments LLC of New York for $10.55 million.
