Aventura-based 2166 SMV Holdings LLC bought the property from Sarasota-based San Marco Jacksonville LLC.
Four investors — two from Florida, one from Illinois and one from Texas — formed the LLC in April that acquired the property.
The 106-unit community on 4.8 acres was built in 1973. The per-unit sale price is $188,679.
The apartment’s two floor plans include one- and two-bedroom units from 750 to 1,000 square feet. Monthly rent for a one-bedroom is $1,120. Rates for a two-bedroom apartment are not available.
Calls to management were not returned.
The community’s current taxable value is $10,004,200.
In November 2018, San Marco Jacksonville LLC acquired the property from Lexerd Capital Management LLC of Summit, New Jersey, for $10.8 million
Amenities include internet, laundry facilities, a fitness center, pet park and on-site management.
