Tapestry Westland Village apartments sell for $65.25 million

The 266-unit community was built in 2020 near Naval Air Station Jacksonville.

Arlington Collins Road LLC of Birmingham, Alabama, sold the Tapestry Westland Village apartments to Tapestry Westland Village POE, LLC of Tampa on Dec. 2 for $65.25 million.

The community at 6505 Collins Road comprises 266 units among 14 buildings on 24.8 acres. The apartments were built in 2020.

The price per apartment averages to $245,300.

The property’s current taxable value is $41,4 million.

Erik Bjornson and Tyler Nilsson of Newmark Knight Frank brokered the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.

The apartments are 7 miles from Naval Air Station Jacksonville and less than 12 miles from five parks.

The complex offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 725 to 1,324 square feet with monthly rents from $1,295 to $1,845, according to Apartments.com.

Features include granite countertops, eat-in islands, washer and dryers and wood-design floors. Amenities include a saltwater pool, clubhouse and business center, grills and space for outdoor dining. There is a pet park, fitness center and yoga studio with an on-demand personal trainer, and Wi-Fi available in the clubhouse and pool area.
