Completed this year, The Station Fleming Island apartments at 1757 Theodora Lane in Fleming Island sold Nov. 15 for $51.3 million.

Bristol Fleming Island Partners LLC of Franklin, Tennessee, sold the community to Amzak Station LLC of Boca Raton.

Amazak Station is part of Amzak Capital Management.

Cliff Taylor and Joe Ayers of CBRE represented Bristol in the transaction.

“The Station Fleming Island helps answer renter demand for high-quality housing options in the highly rated Clay County school district and near the soon-to-open Baptist Hospital,” Taylor said in a news release.

The 180-unit community sits on 11.37 acres. It comprises five four-story elevator-equipped buildings. The per-unit price is $285,000.

Summit Contracting Group said it started construction on the project in April 2021. It is at U.S. 17 and Radar Road.

There are one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 707 to 1,248 square feet. Rents range from $1,560 to $2,275 per month, according to The Station Fleming Island website.

Amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, pet play area, grilling stations, coffee bar and a courtyard.

Bristol Fleming Island Apartments purchased the property in December 2020 from Fleming Island Business Park for $1.48 million.
