National luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has begun sales at The Settlement at Twenty Mile in Nocatee.
The private, gated community includes five one- and two-story luxury home designs from 2,288 to 2,930 square feet.
Homes are priced from the upper $300,000s and can be customized.
The 2,228-square-foot Knollwood is a one-story design with three bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms. The Knollwood is priced from $373,995.
The two-story Seabrooke is a 2,746-square-foot floor plan that can include four to five bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The Seabrooke is priced from $401,995.
The 2,867-square-foot Braydon features an open floor plan that can accommodate four or five bedrooms, 3 ½ or 4½ bathrooms and a two-car garage.
With the master suite downstairs, the second floor includes a loft for entertaining as well as secondary bedrooms. The Braydon is priced from $411,995.
The two-story, 2,843-square-foot Crestview allows from four to six bedrooms, three or four bathrooms and a three-car garage. The master suite is on the upper floor. The Crestview is priced from $412,995.
The two-story, 2,930-square-foot Rowen includes four bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
The master suite is on the first floor and loft and secondary bedrooms on the upper floor. The Rowen is priced from $417,995.
A Rowen craftsman designer-decorated model home and sales center will open this summer.
Toll Brothers also builds in Coastal Oaks at Nocatee, Julington Lakes in northern St. Johns County and at Atlantic Beach Country Club.
