The property is on the south side of Wells Road, east of Orange Park Mall behind Miller’s Ale House.
The 20-acre community, built in 1986, comprises 14 three-story buildings.
The per-unit price is $200,535.
The property last sold in 2020 for $37.1 million.
The apartments feature one- and two-bedroom units from 600 to 1,138 square feet. Rents are $1,231 to $1,689 per month, according to Apartments.com.
