Greyson Capital Group of Grand Haven, Michigan, though 821 San Juan Avenue LLC, sold the community to Cedar Creek Villas LLC and West Milton Realty LLC, both of Sela Realty Investments of Fort Lee, New Jersey.
The 118-unit community on 4.97 acres was built in 1968. It sold for $97,457 per unit.
The Villas at Cedar Creek offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units from 744 to 1,358 square feet. Rents are $732 to $1,007 a month, according to rent.com.
The property has a taxable value of $7,672,423.
Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center and laundry facility.
