Jacksonville Mayor John Delaney spoke the NEFAR’s Commercial Alliance of REALTORS® at the Adam’s Mark last month and predicted “Jacksonville will be a better place in five years, and I don’t think many mid-sized or large cities will be able to say that.” Delaney, who leaves office next year due to term limits, said his political future is unknown “but I’m looking forward to a break from government starting in July.”
