Work is almost complete on the newly refurbished condominium lofts at 8th and Main streets in Springfield. Six units will go on sale at an open house Dec. 14. Prices begin at $100,000. Ranging in size from 678 to 800 square feet, the units feature hardwood floors, plantation shutters, new cabinets and appliances, colonial trim, 10-foot ceilings, individual intercom systems, sprinkler systems and six-panel doors. One parking space is allotted per tenant.
