‘Auto townhomes’ coming

Coppenbarger Homes will introduce what it calls “Auto Court Townhomes” next spring in Eagle Harbor. The homes all have two-car garages, but the design puts most of the garages off the street. Designed by Bloodgood Sharp Buster Architects & Planners, there will be 146 townhomes on a 39-acre site. There will be four plans price from the $150s.
KB opens models
KB Home recently unveiled three new model homes at Cartesian Pointe, its newest community in Nassau County. The homes showcase KB Home’s flexible floor plans available in the community and demonstrate how homeowners can personalize their KB home at the KB Home Studio.
Prices in Cartesian Pointe begin in the low $110’s for homes that range in size from 1,115 square feet up to 2,319 square feet.
Atlantic sells out
Atlantic Builders has sold out of Coachman Lakes, a community offering large home sites and a great location, just minutes from the beach, shopping malls and schools.
In less than three years, the Atlantic Builders sales team of Teresa Pells and Kevin Shackelford sold 171 home sites at Coachman Lakes.
Grand Haven gets condos

The first phase of Riverview Homes, Grand Haven’s newly announced condominium community, was celebrated with a day-long kickoff of events drawing 400 interested prospects recently .
Sarasota-based Whitehall Quality Homes will be constructing the condominiums. The buildings and floor plans are being designed by architect Don Evans. The condominiums are priced starting from the low $300s.
The Riverview Homes will offer 96 dwellings in eight condominiums in Grand Haven’s River Club neighborhood. The first phase of Riverview has 48 homes and is adjacent to the new golf clubhouse.
Riverview Homes are three-story condominium buildings with elevators and 12 residences per building. Each residence will include a screened lanai or enclosed balcony. Two-car detached garages are also included. Floor plans offer three bedrooms or a third bedroom/den option and range in size from approximately 1,750 square feet to nearly 3,000 square feet.
Ryland division honored

NFB gets first Palencia move-in

North Florida Builders’ first residents have arrived at Trellis Park at Palencia. Craig and Alicia Yokley and their two young sons, Vincent and Nathan, recently moved to Palencia from the Chicago area.
The Yokleys purchased North Florida Builders’ Neptune design on an estate home site with golf course and water views.
