Prudential Network Realty recently hosted a wine and hors d’oeuvre reception at Marbella, the oceanfront condominium currently under construction in Jacksonville Beach, giving Realtors an opportunity to tour the spacious condominiums.
Of the 22 homes that will occupy this 12-story condominium, only four remain. The three-bedroom homes offer 4,435 to 5,315 square feet and large terraces overlooking the ocean as well as on the north, south and west sides of the building.
Marbella is being built on First Street South between 9th Avenue South and 10th Avenue South in Jacksonville Beach. The remaining homes are priced from $2.3 million to $2.9 million.
