Each year, the staff of the Public Defender’s Office takes up a collection for Public Defender Louis Frost, who donates the money to his favorite charity, the Morocco Shrine, to provide medical care for seriously injured children. This year’s donation included $500 from Grover Stewart, Inc., and $850 from public defenders in Duval, Clay and Nassau counties.
