As Richard R. Dostie New Home Collection enters its final phase at Pablo Bay, only six of the builder’s 53 homesites are still available. Other homes for sale include a spec home and the community’s 3,385 square foot model home, the Grand Bay.
Dostie’s Pablo Bay model home is a two-story design with a five-bedroom, three and a half-bath floor plan featuring a large bonus room and game room on the second floor.
The spec home, the Grand Mayfair, has four bedrooms and three baths. The home features 2,366 sq. ft. of living space and is priced at $360,611.
Each new Dostie homesite includes a landscape package, interior finishes and custom details, including a structured pre-wiring package including surround sound and satellite, and numerous energy-saving features.
Pablo Bay is a single-family community located off of San Pablo Road approximately one mile north of J. Turner Butler Blvd. There are a variety of floor plans with homes priced from the $320s to the $490s.
