The new Highland Glen subdivision on Jacksonville’s Beach Boulevard between Kernan and Hodges boulevards was opened last month as ICI Homes showed off its products to Realtors.
The gated neighborhood will have homes starting in the low $300s. There will be approximately 300 single family homes with 95 in the first phase.
The neighborhood includes a 3,000 square foot amenities center with a pool, pavilion, fitness center, tot lot and putting green.
David Miller and Henry Bechem make up ICI’s builders team, and the sales team is headed by Cindy Voyles and Kim Worthington.
