Cyndi Murray is a sales executive with Laterra at World Golf Village. As one of five onsite licensed real estate agents at Laterra, she is the community’s top salesperson. She has been with Laterra for the past nine months.
BEFORE LATERRA
After receiving her real estate license, Murray joined Prudential Network Realty for a brief stint. Before that, she was a stay-at-home mom for seven years. “That was definitely the toughest job I’ve ever had. Stay-at-home moms don’t get nearly enough credit.”

Although she’s not related to Bill Murray and the Murray Brothers Caddyshack gang, she has met them on several occasions.
WHERE IS SHE FROM?
Murray was born and raised in Jacksonville. Her parents and a number of relatives live here as well. She and her family currently reside in St. Augustine.

FAMILY
She has been married for 10 years to Dean Murray, the finance manager for Tom Bush BMW. They have two children: Austin, 9, and Darian, 6. Both are enrolled at Mill Creek Elementary, just a hop, skip and a jump away from Laterra’s Discovery Center.
EXTENDED FAMILY
Murray has two Persian cats, Cocoa and Smokey.

She’s a compulsive shopper.
HER FAVORITES
Murray loves Italian food, the color blue and vacationing in Jamaica. She prefers comedy movies and her favorite TV show is “Sex and the City”. She also likes authors Pat Booth and Anne Rice, 80s music and butterscotch candy. Her favorite flowers are lilies and orchids and she loves to be surprised.
IN HER SPARE TIME
Murray enjoys skiing, tennis and yoga. She has played tennis for five years or so and practiced yoga for the past five to six years. She took to the slopes for the first time last year and “did really good” on her first skiing attempt.
