The City kicked off its United Way fund-raiser Friday with a picnic in Hemming Plaza. Food, drinks and music were provided, along with the opportunity to meet the mayor’s staff, dunk City lawyers and smash up a car. The City wants to raise a little more than $316,000 this year.
